    I don't think it'll ever be over. Everytime VY has a good game I have a feeling new threads saying "I told you so!" will start appearing.

    If VY is doing better than Carr and Bush combined, then people should say I told you so..... definitely. Because taking VY would mean we have no Carr or Bush.

    Casserly is lying, teams are beating the Texans door down trying to trade for that #1 pick so they can draft Reggie Bush.

    Bush is so highly regarded by teams that it is reported that as many as 12 teams are in the bidding war........


    Wait a minute Charlie, you are telling the truth, no one has any interest in trading up for Reggie Bush.

    The fools, don't they know that you don't pass up on the next Barry Sanders, Marshall Faulk and Gayle Sayers all wrapped up into one. ;)

    A funny thought crossed my mind. I bet that most of this debate wouldn't even be going on if VY had done everything he has done,but with one minor difference. Would you still be slobbering all over him if he were an Aggie?

    the funny thing is I was listening to lance and john this morning and he was like now we can stop with the vince/bush debate because casserly said the texans aren't drafting him and then immediately following that he said its no way they are seriously thinking of taking mario williams, that its just a negotiating ploy.

    I don't think it is agitation for VY love. You're free to love anyone you want (not there's anything wrong with that). I think the agitation comes from the fact that some (not all) of the VY fans are so blinded by their love for all things Vince, they can't get past the fact that the Texans aren't drafting him #1. And my frustration comes from the fact that in almost every football related thread in this forum (regardless if it is about the draft or not) has some dumbass coming in saying "The Texans will rue the day they passed up VY" and some other dumbass responds "Reggie Bush is better because he runs fast" (or vice versa). It's like listening to a bad song stuck on auto repeat.


    I changed the thread title, to reflect the news that the Texans were not considering Young. It isn't the first time I've changed a title to reflect current events and it won't be the last. Had they said we aren't taking Bush or Williams, the thread title would have reflected that also.


    Glad to hear it. If you're right, that means I'll have less crap to clean up after the draft, when all the VYOF move to a different board. :rolleyes:
