Sorry dude. Love ain't a center.

If I had to pick a center to win a game today I'd pick...

    1. Dwight
    2. Pau
    3. Bynum

I actually think he's the 2nd best because of his bball iq. However, I'm willing to say he's third. The rest of those guys on your list.....they're at least one notch below Pau.

    ^^^^^This ....Also,
The Lakers NEED a real good point...Kobe will benefit offensively and defensively.

Scola will play HUGE there playing the 4 next to Bynum. Good spacing - Scola's J AND post up abilities. Bynum covers for Scola's defensive inadequacies.

Bottom line is that our pieces plug in perfect for LA.

Plus, the Lakers are tight on the cap and a VALUE CONTRACT + like Kyle's is just what you need w/Kobe getting up there in age.

Someone mentioned earlier about the playoffs. Pau's panties were in a twist about his longtime girlfriend/fiancee's extracurricular activities w/ a player on the team... which ended in a split....It was heavy and it temporarily blew his mind...

While I'm not crazy about Pau's makeup ALL the time, I have to say that when he's in his comfort zone he's a bigtime post up player(who has been a model of health).....definitely a top 15 player for the next few years.

No matter how the Lakers try to spin it, we will be buying low on the Ostrich ....If they want Lowry and Scola, they'll have to offer up more than Gasol.

    Hmmmmm. Wow.

    Some players are so stupid.

That explains a lot. I remember him being in a big time funk and some of the insiders talking about him losing his girlfriend.

That's too bad as he is under contract. If Morey wants him still we will get him.

Why we need a soft center with big contract?

Pau is great and great is a relative term

Lebron, Durant, Wade, Rose, CP3, Kobe, Howard are fantastic then.:p

Fantastic, Great, Good, Average, Bad, Awful, Craptastic

Pau is top 3 PF/C in the league at this very moment. He is better than Blake Griffin, Kevin Love, and any other PF/C AT THIS MOMENT sans Howard, Nowitzki, and maybe Bosh and Aldridge at times. When Griffin and Love play some good defense then they move above him. Also Griffin sucks at FT shooting. He should be ashamed.

I didn't want him anyways, especially if he didn't want to play here.

Didn't he tell his brother to play for a team like Houston? Why won't he take his own advice? What's up with this NBA. Is our team really that bad? Sure, he won't win here....but he's not winning in LA either.
