LOL, because Henry Thomas figured with open cap room Bosh and Wade would just go to Miami. But now that S&Ts are involved and Wade is waffling between Miami and Chicago, things are getting more difficult.

And the Raptors are playing hard ball in terms of what they are willing to accept in a S&T. They don't want Beasley. And they aren't too excited about a TPE. Henry Thomas probably thought those items would easily get Bosh to Miami in a S&T.

I wish LeBron would just go back to Cleveland, Wade to Chicago, and then leave Bosh to go to Houston. Boozer can join Wade in Chicago.

PDcavsinsider Exec said TOR going back-and-forth on whether they want to try a total rebuild or attempt to get veterans that can help more immediately.

Hey Colangelo, how about for a rebuilding franchise, expiring contracts, young talent and draft picks. Give Morey a holler. ;)

Good god, you KNEW this was coming and your unsure what direction you want to take the team? This whole process has become a joke...Toronto, Bosh, Wade and James need to grab their junk and MAKEUP THEIR MINDS.

Morey cant fight the media hype. They are pushing these guys together so hard. Wade and Bosh are ending up together because thats what the media is pushing, Wade, Bosh, their agent, and ESPN. Id stop worrying about it and save ourselves the trouble. They are being pushed into Bosh and Wade hype train so lets just get out of the way of the media and these two love birds. We can watch the Rockets destroy their team that has not depth later this year.

PDcavsinsider A factor here may be that GM Bryan Colangelo has just one year left on his contract. So, point is, nothing close to firm w/Bosh right now.

Anyway, I agree. It has become a joke. Stars loving the attention they're recieving, especially LeBron and Bosh. For Bosh, he was in Toronto where he went unnoticed for the most part(at least imo) and this is LeBron's "college" recruitment process. Toronto is just a lost cause it appears.

If I was Toronto I would re-build, NO ONE will give you chip like Bosh to build around and if you get the picks and young players then you can at least begin the process asap. Colangelo has had an ok run but what success have they truly had, start over and play for 2013.

A trade to keep your eyes on:

    the Deng for Przybilla/Bayless deal.

Deng to CHI frees up the 3 spot for Bron...and either one of 2 things could happen:

Wade follows LeBron or Bosh follows Lebron making Noah a s&t candidate.

Bulls arent going to trade Noah....which is a good thing for us bc if they get Lebron, Wade would seem like a much more realistic deal for them....and Bosh would be left out and we scoop him up

We don't know this at all. On Texas, all we have are anonymous source-based reports. The only semi-direct quote I remember Bosh making on the topic had to do with Dallas, not Texas. Just a few posts ago:

Also, we don't know that Houston hasn't had another meeting or contact with Toronto. Not at all. We know what Thomas and Bosh told the media. That's exactly the point. Morey said it himself, before all of this started - the meetings with teams with cap room would be played up, for purposes of leverage, while other things would happen under the table.

I'm not overly optimistic. All I'm saying is that I think a lot of teams besides the CHI/MIA/NJ trio - not just the Rockets - remain in play for Bosh. It's based on common sense - the quality of the organizations are far better than the three rumored hot and heavy teams, AND Bosh would have a far easier time getting his full max deal. Bosh has remained very vague and sources appear to be speculating, which tells me a lot of teams are very much in play.

This is how I imagine the s&t talks are going

Raptors Gm: Hey, DM we want Brooks, Hill, and the NY Picks

DM: I'm sure you want to go back in time and take back Hedo contract also, to bad we cant always get what we want. How about Hill, Batman (you'll release him right *winks*) Jefferies and one of the NY Picks?

    Raptors GM: *falls in faint*

Not Houston related but Heat-Mavs talking trade for Brendan Haywood for J.O'Neal and/or M. Beasley. Also a potential O'Neal-Boozer swap.
