If he does manage to get Bosh here even after this "wish list" thread I'd love to bump it and see the excuses some have as to why they posted what they posted.

For someone who wants to go somewhere and 'be the man', he sure is looking to ride some coat tails with those teams. Kobe, Wade, Lebron...

No worries. I think we'd have to overpay for him, he'd be hurt a lot, and in 2 or 3 years his salary won't be worth the player.

Bosh may have a wish list, but when it's all said and done, the Rockets are going to have the best package of assets, which is going to mean more to Toronto. I don't think they're going to want Deng, and I don't think Chicago is going to part with Noah. If he intends to move via a sign and trade, the Rockets will be a strong player.

What happened to him wanting to be the man?

Looks like he'll just settle to be LBJ's b****.

    Great news!!
let's focus on Chris Paul now and I actually prefer Anthony Randolph to pair Yao down low

    3-way trade:

    Hou. get: CP3, Randolph, Posey
    G.S. gets: Brooks, Hill, Jefferies
N.O. gets: Ellis, Battier, NY 12' pick

G.S. turned down the Ellis-Mayo trade and said the only way they trade is to cut down their payroll, so, they got Brooks/Hill (cheap talent) to replace Ellis/Randolph and save tons of $$$ in Jefferies' expiring.

N.O. needs PT for Collison, so, they got Ellis who can play 2-guard and gives you 25pt./game. they also got rid of Posey's contract and have Battier's leadership/expiring instead. plus, a NY's 1st pick to sweeten.

we still have #14 pick and MLE to use on back-up center and a swing man; maybe Brad Miller(MLE) + Paul George(#14) OR Whiteside(#14) + Outlaw(MLE)

    Yao Ming, Whiteside, Anderson
    Randolph, Scola, Hayes
    T. Ariza, Outlaw, Posey
    K-Mart, Budinger, Taylor
    C. Paul, Lowry

Yeah, Bosh's desire to be "The Man" on his team has clearly been exagerrated, because he obviously wants to pair up with a perimeter oriented superstar somewhere (Lebron in NY/Chicago, Kobe in LA, Wade in Miami). I don't know how well-positioned any of those teams are for a sign-and-trade deal, but we clearly ain't at the top of his list (yet?).

That's assuming this little list is in any way accurate, of course. If Bosh is unavailable, I guess we have to take another look at Amar'e, or maybe we trade out assets for an early pick this year. Who knows. Thankfully, I'm sure Morey and his team haven't put all their eggs into the Bosh basket moving forward.

Sorry, but I don't see Toronto begging Bosh to consider Houston just so they can make it out a bit better.

If that's truly his wishlist, then it's apparent his priorities are: 1) being in the limelight 2) riding someone else's coattails to some stardom.

    Let him go.

besides the fact that new orleans is not trading cp3, randolph would not be ahead of scola on the depth charts

And people kept talking about how players are not going to want to come to New York. Like it or not, thats a very desirable location for players for many different reasons.

If Yao can give us 26 minutes next season, then get Ekpe Udoh. We wouldn't have to move up many spots to get him. Then, as insurance, grab Brad Miller (who shouldn't cost too much).

    Yao/Miller
    Scola/Hill

with Udoh, Jeffries, Hays and Andersen in reserve. That's not too shabby.
