bravo to morey and crew for making a whole lotta noise when they were never really in the chase...

i like how active we are on EVERY front, from draft to trades to free agents.

morey gives me confidence that his gameplan is sound - and he's always got a contingency plan. i'm actually looking forward to a younger, faster team... and less minutes for yao.

now that we can get past the bosh thing... i am looking forward to watching a deep rockets team + yao this season. jordan hill could be a serious x-factor if he develops.

now... backup center anyone? WE GOTTA GET ONE!

The good thing about playing with House Money

...is that it really takes a lot of the pain away if you don't win.

As someone who absolutely loved the idea of getting Bosh, read a lot of stuff about his FA tour, made a lot of threads on him, I feel oddly content with him spurning us. In the end, we lose nothing and we gain nothing, except sadly for the time Clutch spent on Houston4Bosh.com and Morey's ipad. Morey didn't even really wine and dine Bosh, which meant he probably spent all his time going after trade possibilities.

Personally, I'm more bummed out that we likely have to wait until the trade deadline for the next big deal, and the Astros suck too much to be a diversion during the summer days. :(

I'd be 10 times more bummed out if Lebron goes to NY than Bosh going to Miami.

It seems that James is going to Miami too.
Now I understand why Bosh wasn't even interested in Houston which seemed very good fit. The trio made the decision long time ago. This whole madness is just a show to get them more attention.
It would be more than disgusting if this is true.

Sources with knowledge of the situation indeed saying LeBron will join Wade and Bosh in Miami, barring a late change of heart 5 minutes ago via web

    # Ric Bucher RicBucher

But the insanity is rising: the 1 source came at me hard that LBJ to Mia is done. Only way I go w/one source on that is if it's LBJ/Mav. 36 minutes ago via web

Lol we're done. The Rockets ain't winning $hit during the Yao era now that LeBron seems to have jumped on the bandwagon.
