They always want to contribute the 30 more wins to KG. Did they forget Paul P. was hurt all the time and not to mention they basically admitted into tanking the season for that 1st pick. Its more about Tom Thib's defensive system

Having a guy like Chuck at the very end of your rotation is a nice bonus. You play him strategically according to matchups and game situations.

Some games he will not play at all.

Other games he may play 5-10 minutes.

Occasionally, he will get heavy minutes.

As long as we don't overpay him, he adds value to this team.

Two things Chuck isnt: Good on offense, and overpaid.

He's a "best in" at a cap friendly salary, cant ask for more than that. I consider him a keeper

But with Landry needing more time and Scola keeping his minutes, maybe using his defensive rep in a trade package might be considered if the right deal comes along? But then who plays when Landry or Scola get hurt? Oh well thats for another time..

Wont deny what you saw. But from what I've seen, two live games of Rockets vs Lakers, McGrady keeps playing the same way balancing out distributing and shooting duties, except maybe using a few more picks. Its like Kobe's just another defender on the floor he has to work around.

I'd say Ron Artest troubles McGrady the most, but I'm not trying to debate

Yet T-Mac put 40 on Artest and the Kings back in December in a road loss.

Though yeah, Artest troubles him about as well as anybody.

I really like Hayes actually. Sure he sucked quite a bit for the pass few games, but he showed up BIG against the phoenix. I swear his layups were damn accurate. Did you see Hayes' no look pass to landry??

Remember, hayes worked his way up to replace juwan last year as a rocket. Although he isn't used much offensively, his defensive capability is amazing.

He totally frustrated shaq against the phoenix, shaq nearly tried a cheap shot at him.
