It's so sad to hear this. We need them so much, despite Harden's brilliance and the addition of Rivers and House.
It's so good to know that Eric's presence is missed. I get a bit sour whenever people rag on his play.
Yeah, me too. He was playing effortlessly against the Pelicans when he got hurt. That was the first time, he looked liked his was coming into his own.
Damn that sucks... I thought Gordon's injury was supposed to be pretty minor. Man I hope Harden doesn't wear himself out. This level of play has gotta be unsustainable for even the greatest...
Classic Rockets I know it sounds crazy, pretty sure it's just a coincidence, but seems strange Gordon is injured again (just like during the talks with the Wolves) once Butler is missing games after his problems with Brown came out...and all of this just few days before he can be traded again
The rockets record on giving correct medical information to the media is worse than the Patriots . Any time a player goes out for a "minor injury" it always seems like there's a 50/50 chance we are covering up a serious one
Do you really want them to be all that transparent with the media? I don't. Also, there's really no way of knowing for sure how long it's going to take a person to recover from any given injury. I get that some people want definite answers, but those don't always exist. The guys will come back when they come back.
Yes I would like them to be more honest . I can understand that sometimes an injury sometimes doesn't have a clear expiration date .... but the rockets manipulation , IMO , is beyond that . Case in point ... the DMO saga ; goes from taking a few games off to rest to having serious surgery .
grade 2 hamstring strain = knee irritation it's a bit of the same thing when it comes to player injuries we have the most tight-lipped front office in all of pro sports
