    if gordon signs offersheet w suns, can hornets still sign and trade him to rockets?

    not that i think it will happen, but wanted to know if possible.

    But for us to sign and trade we have to offer the contract which means have to have the money. We will have to free up at least 10+ million on top of the Asik contract before we can begin down that path.

    Edit....scratch that...max contract now.
