The Rockets would never win anything with Lin dominating the ball. Not unless their other 4 players are prime Mutumbo, prime Rodman, prime Artest, and prime Battier. So he has to learn to play off the ball, shoot better, for our eventual success. No better time than now to have shooting slumps, make mistakes, while we're tan...err...rebuilding. I want him to be at his prime when the Rockets gather enough talent to truly contend.
Bright side: he's proving that he does have more room to improve than Dragic and Lowry! Lin fans, rejoice!
Seriously, where's his J? I cringe whenever he takes a 3-pt shot. http://focustaiwan.tw/ShowNews/WebNews_Detail.aspx?ID=201208270018&Type=aSPT Is it a confidence issue? Issue with his form?
Well it's a serious issue with his game. If he doesn't fix it eventually, he'll be a bench player. His summer workout says he's able to hit those shots, but in games his shot is totally off.
