I never said I deserved one... I expected one because I've done this quite a few times with different products and have been rewarded with something such as a gift card.
Damn, and I thought you were kidding about the gift card. Every time I've tried to take advantage of something like this, the retailer would just tell everyone to basically go **** themselves for expecting more than a courtesy discount off the regular price.
