I don't see the fail.. The kid's wheelchair (?) is as close to the bleachers as it can get. I suppose they could have awkwardly placed him in front of the bleachers or teacher... don't wanna take any attention from Mrs. Fwine though.
If you don't see how that picture is a long narrative poem depicting a particular culture's ideas of heroism, then you sir are not very bright.

Parents got upset because the kid in the wheelchair was farther away from the other kids, even though he really can't be any closer while still in the chair. I guess they could've moved the other kids closer so that there wasn't space showing on the bench. They retook the photo with him out of the wheelchair, sitting on the bench. The end.
