I recently bought season one of Entourage and loved it. I've never really heard anything about it until a friend of mine said it was worth sitting down and watching it. I didn't look up any reviews or ask anybody else, just went purely off what my friend said. So I watched the first season in two days and thought it was really funny. It's not a perfect series but it is totally worth watching. Does anyone else have season 2-4 and know if it's worth buying? And will they be making anymore seasons?
I've seen 1 through 3. I liked all three. Haven't gotten around to the fourth. Judging from the lengthy the thread that was around a while back from the fourth though, I would guess it wasn't bad either. I didn't read it to avoid spoilers.
It's worth it. I just started watching the series again and just finished up the Busey episode in season one. Ari Gold is the greatest TV character ever.
Season 5 starts up this Fall (pushed back from summer because of the WGA strike), assuming there isn't a SAG strike this summer, of course..
I said it before, I'll say it again: the lack of female nudity on an HBO show centered around Hollywood and dudes in their 20's is appalling.
There's a possibility. Everybody seems to think the chances of a strike are very slim, but the studios are planning their movie schedules around the possibility of a SAG strike and SAG President Alan Rosenberg has been very militant and has been pretty vocal about hating the deal that the DGA got for everybody (except for some meaningless language changes, the WGA deal was exactly what the DGA got). SAG and the studios/networks are negotiating now, though, so they've got plenty of time to make a deal before their contract expires on June 30th.
I'm almost done with season 2 and it's pretty good. I love the commercial he made, it was awesome lol
I'm a college student who has dual monitors. I have Entourage on one monitor and C++ labs on the other.
It gets old a little for me. All HBO series start great, even better into 2nd, and 3rd season, then just same old same old till the end.
