I don't think it's been mentioned, but next season will be the last one for Entourage. And it'll be a shortened season at that, likely 6 episodes. So there's only 7 episodes left after tonight. http://livefeed.hollywoodreporter.com/2010/08/hbo-entourage-series-will-end-next-summer.html
That sucks...a shortened season for their final one?! After they said the next episode (which happens to be in two weeks) will be the season finale I was surprised because it felt like this season was short as well. I'm hoping they do infact make an Entourage movie
i didn't read this particular article, but one that i did read a week ago said that a movie would probably be in the works after the series finale. as for this season, it's wrapping up nicely, i like where they're headed. controversy with the tequila, vince/sasha, eric/scott, and ari is losing it.
Ive enjoyed this season very much. In fact, I enjoy every season because I cant ever get enough hot chicks, Ari, and hot chicks.
I thought the last episode was the best of the season. How is this going to end? Drama a bigger star than Vince? Turtle killed by a Mexican hit man?
Great episode but kind of hard to watch Vince/Ari's careers going to hell. Kevin Connolly (E) directed and did a heck of a job bringing life back into the show, although the season as a whole has been better.
Ari and Vince are crashing downward when it seems like Turtle and Drama are gonna start making cash well maybe Turtle chances are Cuban's buys out the brother's share and then squeezes out Turtle and erica (is that her name? his way too hot girl) the show has been a lot better this season actually than compared to recent ones
The season finale was the best episode I've seen in several seasons, hands down. I'm absolutely speechless.
VERY nice ending, it appears Vinnie/Ari have almost hit rock bottom. Now I kind of wish they would have a full final season instead of the 6 episode mini-season.
This season wasn't as funny as others, but the drama was great. I'd say this is one of the best seasons they have ever had.
Almost?! Haha I think its safe to say they have not only hit rock bottom but have also started to dig deeper especially Baby Bro
Pretty much right, but Ari still has his job at least and Vinnie MAY still have a career but that is questionable at best.
Yea we know Vince will eventually have a career again, its the life blood of the show. They are just going through the cycle they always go through, build Vince up then take him down then build him up again, just this time they really did a number on taking him down. Since apparently the final season is only 6 or so episodes, which is way too short to wrap this storyline up, I think its just a long buildup to the movie where the final season will end with him getting his mind and health right and the movie is him finding work again.
With the series ending, I wouldn't be surprised if Vince doesn't bounce back this time and the series as a whole is just a complete chronicle of his time as a movie star from beginning to end. In the end, E will have his career, Drama will have his cartoon, Turtle will have his thing going with the tequila and Vince will be the one with no career and no future, moving back to Queens where he started.
it's finally starting to resemble real life. This whole season has been the downward spiral of Vince. not as fun to watch as the other seasons but as everyone else posted, the story quality has improved.
Spoiler i dont get whats the big deal with ari's story. seems like theyre trying to create drama with him and his work and family, but they dont want to hurt his character too much, possibly cos his character is the most probable for a spinoff. basically all he did was mouth off to his employees and was caught on tape, besides tearing into the rival agent in public, which she deserved. it certainly takes more than that to make hollywood give a crap. and his wife wants a separation cos he embarassed her in a restaurant. if they really wanted to create trouble for his character, they shouldve given more. maybe he cheats on his wife, which i thought was what was going to happen when he made up with amanda, or he gets sued n loses his place in the company. but no. they dont want to make the audience actually hate him. other than that, ive enjoyed the season. hopefully drama will get to have eric's secretary naked on screen for us. vince is awesome. turtle is abit of a reach running all these million dollar deals, but at least more believable than when he was the boyfriend of a hollywood actress. btw sasha grey cant act. p*rn or no p*rn.
