I actually gave you a sympathy star (for 2 total) to try to boost you out of that category.

    ha!

i didn't really mean that, i just wish people would let go already. we're playing great ball, with the best ball movement we've had in years, AND have 2 quality point guards who are playing very well right now.... why would we want to re-acquire SF? the guys BB IQ is awful, and he still makes the EXACT SAME MISTAKES he was making over here. the guy is stubborn, selfish, and stupid....

i'm gonna stop now, otherwise this rant could get long and quite nasty (towawrds SF).

I agree. The talent is not comparable. Nonetheless, Weisbrod would have to be fired first, before there would even be a 1% chance that Orlando would return the Franchise to us for spare parts. Only a new regime would do this.

 Oh no. No longer do I have my Clutch BBS claim to fame.
Still, it did get 10 (I think) 1 star ratings before the first higher one. ;)

I personally think that the results of this poll are more interesting than knowing that most of us think that we are better off with the current point guard than last years one.

And Sam, I thought your first reply was worth at least a couple of bits of a star.:)

I'm completely done with Steves lack of leadership, bad shot selection and horrible turnovers. We got over so hard on Orlando in that trade that its not even funny.

I voted no, because I don't want Steve back in a Rockets uni, but I would probably make either of the proposed trade based on flipping Fancy to another sucker team for some more talent.

Right now Sura and James are playing as good as francis ever played here.

There are a whole bunch of haters on this board. Steve Francis rebounds scores and passes better than sura or james.

ditto. that's all that needs to be said.

well... on second thought... i'd do the trade, but only to see what we could get in return after doing the trade.

dude has mad ("mad".... 1994... ffb would use that word) game. speed, hops, relentless, heart... but no head.

double yes on that trade. the way things are going these days mj and sura would both refuse to join their new team, get waived, and the rox would pick them back up.

Regrettably, the NBA is not a rotisserie league. You actually have to play with teammates, mesh as a group and win games.

make the trade and then turnaround and trade him for a PF...His salary should match boozers or maybe even Z. randolph's, then give mark jackson a call...

    Who hates Steve Francis?

We would just hate to see him again on the Rockets making stupid decisions, unforced turnovers, dribble- dribble- dribble the clock down, take circus shots with the clock winding down instead of involving his team, ruin our fast break, make bad passes and play half the defense we are getting from our guards.

Other than that his 22 pts 6 assists 5 rebounds and 5 turnovers each game would be fine with me.
