I'm surprised they didn't cast a white guy in the main role.

Even though it was lots of fiction, I enjoyed that Dragon movie. I also hear there will be a Bruce Lee biopic, done by his brother. So that one should have more accuracy. Theres also a foreign TV show overseas called "The Legend of Bruce Lee".

Chuck was in Return of the Dragon, not Enter the Dragon.

Enter the Dragon had Bolo Yeung

    Rain, Stephen Colbert's arch nemesis.

How does this guy expect to "Enter the Dragon", when he can't even take on Stephen Colbert?

I personally like to see Tony Jaa in the roll but Rain's upcoming Ninja Assassin looks pretty cool (I actually liked V for Vendetta :D ).

Its not so much the remake but shorter length of times between remakes now. I think a remake should pass a few generations, not something all sudden like a studio wanting to already remake The Bourne Identity or whatever.

Childrens stories like fairy tales and mythology get remade all the time. Shakespeare stories have had a million versions. Superheroes get re-adapted or retold alot.

I'd love to see more creativity in movies but it comes down to the audience VALUING it themselves. And the box office numbers dont seem to indicate that.

    That is my fear
They will have the same names
    but
the story will be something totally different

They only using the name ENTER THE DRAGON for marketing purposes.

Chuck lost his brillo pad in Rome, not on an Asian island.
