I don't know why, but I read that whole excerpt in Stuart Scott's voice.

I downloaded the Sprint NBA Mobile app for my Samsung Replenish and have had zero to little complaints. i dont pay for the league pass mobile but you can stream espn games live as well as listen to audio for all teams. there are tons of highlight videos as well.

its great to hear the local game coverage from Houston on my phone while I am driving home during a game.

    has anyone else tried this?

I didn't know you could stream ESPN games without purchasing LP.

you can with this new Sprint NBA Mobile app.

whenever espn is airing a game live, you go to the home page on the app and just click the "watch on ESPN" link and it's decent streaming.

I paid for Broadband at the beginning of the season but not LP for cable or LP Mobile.

this gets me to the next computer so I can log in and watch online.

I'm still not sure how a user without this app would access his/her Mobile account, maybe with another app?

That's pretty cool. Does it only work on cellular data like Sprint TV does? Or can you use wi-fi and stream the game?

I've used it on wi-fi a couple times.

    Nice.
    Too bad it's Sprint only.

Would anyone with a rooted phone on Sprint who has this app be kind enough to pull it out of /data/app and send it to me?

I want to see if I can do something here lol.

I'm on Verizon so it might just be impossible, but you never know

Will do. I can't seem to find the .apk hosted anywhere on the Internet and unfortunately I don't know many people on Sprint.

I know that someone was able to get Verizon NFL Mobile working on Sprint phones a few months ago so I know there is a way, I may just need to spend some time on it. As of right now, the app detects if you're on the Sprint network, and if you're not, refuses to go past the splash screen.
