Is anyone here familiar with energy efficient heating systems like heat pumps, etc.? Or, does anyone know a good web forum to ask questions and get advice? I currently have an oil-based hot water heating system with baseboard radiators, and would like to look into upgrading or supplementing with a more energy-efficient system.
