Those nicknames have nothing to do with being childish. It's a common (and fun) practice among sports fans all over. A lot of Laker fans call Jordan Farmar "Failmar". Portland fans call LaMarcus Aldridge "LaPussy" and Travis Outlaw, "Doubtlaw." The only people who'd be offended by these nicks are the fans of the guy being made fun of. Yes, I'm talking about you, She-Mac fan.
LMAO, those are childish and pretty corny. Just because everyone does it doesn't mean its not elementary. Ok, so its the cool thing to do. Big whoop. It is the lowest form of argument when you have to resort to name calling. You know, what children do.
Nice... But if you really want to motivate your workers to work hard and help the company's success I would've gone with a Chuck Hayes and/or Shane Battier jersey.
