If Chase can be our Rashard Lewis, shooting over 500 3pt attempts and making 40%, I will be happy.

Indeed, it is the coach who made the difference. Chase is lucky, he has gold digger Morey and gold polisher Adelman.

I can't believe you think none of those three guys (Shane, Trevor, Tracy) have trade value.

I can see one of the 3 but all of them! C'mon man!!!

BTW - Trevor Ariza is not getting traded anywhere, right now he's considered a huge part of this teams future. He's goin nowheres. ;)

    Chase Budinger:

    - is a student of the game
    - is like having a coach on the court
    - is deceptively fast
    - reminds me of Ed McCaffrey

    Did I miss anything? :p

All you guys comparing him to shooters (e.g. Rice, Hamilton) aren't watching how this kid plays. He has great court awareness. Look at how he passes the ball, how he runs, and how he positions himself.

I didn't see him playing good on the ball defense. So I was surprised by the defensive stats here. But I am not surprised that he has the court awareness to be a good team defender.

When I first heard about the new guys, I thought Taylor would be the breakout guy. But it looks like its a good thing Chase is instead. Can't wait to see him start one day.

    Why? Racist? :p

No really why is it better that Chase was better coming out of college than JT as of now? What would have been the problem if it was the other way around?

I think Chase is just more consistent on offensive end of the floor.

JT just need more polish and experience. He definitely has higher ceiling than Chase.

Budiner's mid-range game and defense are poor. He can run the floor, however.
