Lin has the quality to be that person: very unselfish, makes teammates better, very competitive, plays with great intensity and heart ... But Lin lacks the toughness to other people, in other words, he is too nice too humble to be that kind of vocal and strict leader. Harden, as the designated franchise player has the skills authority to be the leader, but unfortunately he is also a quiet type and not very vocal enough. I actually don't have any problem with no one to be the so called 'emotional leader'. It's better our team as is that everyone is friendly and equal than having some ego-inflated self assuming 'leader' on the team.
