Better than Pac, better than Biggie. Not with lyrics like his, sorry. The guys of Pac and Big's ilk rapped from the street, from their heart. Eminem raps largely about massive quantities of s*. Beats are awesome, but those are down to Dr Dre.
And I'll assume you are about 20 years old with this nonsense? NWA, Run DMC and Public Enemy were the originators, as well as others. Tupac and Big were only known AT ALL after their death. Their music was semi-amusing and somewhat decent at times. But overall, they aren't even in the same sentence as lyrical or musical geniuses. AND if you consider them to be, M&M deserves the same recognition. All copied.
Tupac is head and shoulders above Big, and NWA, and Run DMC... PE gives him some artistic competition for sure... You show me a Run DMC track and I will give you a superior Tupac one...

I'm going to post the first two "Rap Songs" I memorized as a kid. I had a fascination about memorizing them because of the length and rhythym of them.
