I am adding another pile of crow onto my plate... They are so much worse than I expected. Now breaking teamrecords in futility.

    Inspiring words from their coach.

Its really not that big of a surprised. Okafor has been falling off quickly and never really develop an offensive game in his career. Ariza on the other hand has been terrible. There's a good reason why Ariza can't really stay in one place. He takes bad shots, gets angry when the ball doesn't come to him, and takes off plays when he wants to.

Okafor actually plays hard but he is just not that good anymore and his offensive game is just terrible. Ariza isn't that good of a player to begin with but in his mind, he thinks he is. Ariza can be a cancer in the locker room and overall, he is just a terrible player because he doesn't care enough about the game.

Yup, ever since Ariza got that contract from Houston, he just stop trying and his true selfishness came out. He is a lazy player that cries when the ball doesn't go to him.

He is averaging 11 attempts per game, but he is only making <36% of them, 24% from 3 pt range.

and has a lot of $ and years remaining on his contract
cant understand why they did that trade ... imo it was better loosing McGee for nothing than taking Nene and his newly signed contract

Ariza is a good 4th/5th or even sixth man that should only be allowed to defend, lashes and spot up wide open jumpers. He shouldn't even be allowed to dribble the ball more than 2 times in a play.

I absolutely hated him when he was here, cringed every time he touched the ball.

Thanks to David Stern that max contract isn't a Rockets problem.

Didn't see the above until now.
Highly unfair to say that regarding Okafor. As "Mambajoe" noted, OKafor has been falling off and his offensive ability has regressed but to say he gave up years ago is insulting. You can say that about certain players in the league but Okafor isn't mailing it in, he is just not that good plain and simple.
As for Ariza, the less said the better.

When does John Wall return again?:)

The NBA would be so much better without full guaranteed contracts.
