i am embarassed as hell  ......... especially with our no D mentality ......... please remove the clutch symbol .......

Nothing here to watch shoo shoo just waiting for a big splash trade, watching lowry flourish and watching our young players develop.

So when do the rockets have to decided to pick up player option on the 2009 players?

We get rid of Aldeman who was almost coach of the year multiple times while here, and we get worhtless Mcfail. I hate Mcfail always had he was on the Celtics who defeated Akeem for a NBA title and was a ass....NOW HES THE COACH OF OUR TEAM!!!!!!!! I got rid of my season tickets Im so mad! I will not get anymore till hes gone..

And our team is ALL projects....We just suck and suck bad....I guess Ill watch us tank for a few years and be the new Pass Clippers... And pray we get multiple great draft picks.

The outlook of our team is horrific.

tonight was pathetic....i dont understand why kevin martin is so unaggresive on offense...TAKE THE BALL TO THE BASKET

scola is getting exposed...jordan hill is NOT a center and is NOT starting material...chase budinger is NOT starting material....this is so sad

i really feel like crying thinking about having perhaps this line up:

    yao ming
    luis scola
    ron artest
    tracy mcgrady
    kyle lowry

oh god, i want to cry

Normally I don't say much after a hand full of games, but this is pathetic. Team has no heart at all. I knew losing Hayes would have negative effect on the team. For those that don't think so better think again. Not saying we would have won with Hayes (cause Clippers was hitting everything), but there would have been more fight.

Where's this mentality of better defense, of working inside-out? Where has all that talk gone? The Rockets are so frustrating. How is that team that whooped the Spurs the same one that laid down tonight to the Clippers? Where is the pride?

I don't understand. This is a pick-up ball team. Nowhere near a professional outfit. It's indeed embarrassing. What a mess.

I'm not really embarrassed. The Clippers are not the pushovers we faced last year.

Its really up to Lowry to set the standard for Martin, Bud, and Hill. He needs to be the guy who gets on them.

Hell, Dwyane Wade even completely went off on LeBron in the finals and the two are like brothers. Its not about getting along or anything like that, its about leadership. Lowry does well on the court and sets an example, but he doesn't hound on the others.

    Completely agree about lowry.

I also like an idea one poster suggested that McHale making these guys commit on the defensive end or they get no pt. I just want these guys to at least put some effort into it. At times it just seems like they let players blow right past them or make random players look like stars.

The Rockets were a Top notch NBA team almost all of my life. Partial or full Season tickets since Moses Malone. I have spent over 100k on this team as a fan in my life as a super fan they the Rockets love and they give me free floor tickets too...

Now there a tank team do you think Im going to spend 16k a year on tickets on the direction there going... F no! Ill watch them at home and sit on my ass for free like everyone else. I don't spend money to get upset.

This and the past two years have definitely been something I consider to be a Dark Age in Rockets history. Not as bad as the Stevie French Fries Era, but akin to it. We Rockets fans might not feel it right now, but we've been one of the luckier (top ten) franchises in the NBA when it comes to annual competitiveness. Even if Tracy and Yao didn't do anything during their time here, you still entered each season with HOPE. Something we no longer have now.

Who knows; maybe David Stern acknowledges this and has all the refs in on the fix to tank us down and get us the #1 pick this year. All we need to do is get bad enough where us winning the lottery wouldn't be so far-fetched. Just like San Antonio in 1998. Or us in 2001. Or Chicago in 2008. Or Cleveland (via LAC's projected #9 pick) in 2011. Can you believe that Derrick Rose's hometown had a 1.7% chance of winning him in the lotto? ONE POINT SEVEN PERCENT.

Funny how the lotto works like that, innit? Give it time people. David Stern knows what's good for us better than we know ourselves. This has always been the way he does business.
