Hey Max, I'm really happy that your friend is safe and sound so far. I'll be praying that his fortune in that regard continues. I'm glad that he had some positive reception from the Iraqis. Saddam was truly a 1st class a_hole. I do like seeing the U.S. get a warm welcome like the people in Liberia have been giving the soldiers. I'm only sad that in Liberia Taylor was most likely able to destroy or remove much of the evidence of his links to Al-Qaeda. I hope something there can be done too for the 500,000 people raped and murdered by Taylor. I don't mind doing good deeds for other nations. A lot depends on the circumstances in which we go in to do those deeds, but I don't think it's always a bad thing. And even when I do think it's done in the wrong way, I won't deny the good of having dictator's removed from power.
