i would really love to see cassell back the clippers have really nothing tangible to look forward to this year. a trade for rafer and a 2nd rnd pick should do it for cassell? cassell's leadership can be extremely valuable for this team esp if deke leaves and he can help groom brooks and maybe even francis a bit. also i believe his contract ends this year so it will be helpful for the rockets next off season as well
Staying with the Clippers kind of cancelled it out for a while. Must be nice for Duke haters to see it happen right when the Clips were starting to get good.

I feel no pity for the Clippers, but I did feel bad for Brand when I heard the news. He's hard to not like (unlike the Clippers).
