    I dumped on Harris for this before, but the executive is handcuffed by what Congress is and isn't doing...

    I guess the president could enforce laws, but it's not like the current laws has the tools in place to "fix immigration"

    The US Constitution clearly dictates the US census. It clearly states residents, not citizens. And it dictates apportionment based on the census. None of that involves either party.

    Now, I know why the maga car sales man wants to ignore all that and spread disinformation by suggesting that Democrats are somehow gaming a system called out in the Constitution. What I am a bit confused is why someone that goes to great efforts to claim he is not a maga would try to promote the same disinformation?

    Its not funny. It shows the downfall of modern day society. You have the world's richest man posting conspiracies about immigrants that aren't true bcz he wants trump to win so he can protect his company from being unionized (musk is sueing the NLRB for making pro worker rulings).

    Musk is an awful human being nd its a better symbolism where we are as a society

    I'm pretty sure Elon knows he's not telling the truth. He just cares more about the result than the process, and probably in general doesn't give a flying f**k about democracy as a concept.

    He's certainly not the only person on the planet.
