I said that the guys like Musk and others who are asking for more AI regulation and a "pause" in AI development and talk about AI being dangerous etc. blabla are not doing so for altruistic reasons, but because they want to shape regulation to prevent competition from catching up. That was the playbook of Epic EHR software, their software is crap, but basically, they managed to get regulation that made their software the de facto standard and prevented better software from taking market share.
