In what I'm sure is a concidence, and not at all a dick-troll move that the manbaby thinks is hiiii-larious, he reinstated Michael Flynn to twitter on the anniversary of the insurrection.

Elon has not been in the headlines at all this week. Other than TSLA plunge.

Maybe he should go back to thirsty tweets - or is he doing it and ....no one cares?

Isn't that the primary current function of the internet? Not kidding.
(And, to be fair, you are sort of complaining there about other posters who have no impact you; you often complain about complaining. And I'm sort of complaining about you complaining about complaining, and none of it has any impact on me either, per se. :D)

Fantastic defector article by a guy who once interviewed to be Elon s Twitter voice while zonked out on heroin

And so they hire someone to do it for them. Often to marginal success! But it seems pretty obvious that Elon has toggled back and forth between trying to do it himself and utilizing a creative team. Judging by the results, that team must be the most depressing, MCU-obsessed, bizarro world National Lampoon-but-cool-with-apartheid group of Funko Pop writers ever assembled.

What we have here is just classic ad writers room stuff, like it was probably a fourth or fifth idea thrown out, the first three being too spicy, and maybe had legs to begin with, but then it went through seven channels and came out like this. It’s like when Chevy Chase hires a sketch comedy team to write his jokes for off-the-cuff movie riffing in Community, and it’s easy to spot relative to, say, the Facebook-grade meme posts that otherwise fill out his feed lately. So wack that they could only have come from the man himself.

SamFisher still trying to convince us a guest host of the premier comedy program Saturday Night Live isn't funny.

I'd skip the top part since it's nothing but grandstanding and editorializing by the writers, but the latter half with accounts by burned employees is fairly insightful. That starts at "October 26".

Those CEO's "privately rooting for Elon" will likely continue to root for him privately lol. It's like burning down a galleon to get the speed and maneuverability of a dinghy.

    Legit:

“We really should be able to do longform video and attract the best content creators by giving them a better cut than YouTube,” he said, according to Alicia’s recollection. The infrastructure engineers in the room agreed that adding support for longform video was technically possible, but their job was building stuff — not strategy or marketing. It seemed as though Musk didn’t understand the basic organizational structure of a social-media company; it was as if a rich guy had bought a restaurant and started telling the cooks he wanted to add a new dining room. Might he want to speak with the media product team instead?

Just then, David Sacks, a venture capitalist and friend of Musk’s who had advised him on the acquisition, walked into the room. A fellow native of South Africa, Sacks had worked with Musk at PayPal and later led the enterprise social-networking company Yammer to a $1.2 billion sale to Microsoft.

“David, this meeting is too technical for you,” Musk said, waving his hand to dismiss Sacks. Wordlessly, Sacks turned and walked out, leaving the engineers — who had gotten little engagement from Musk on anything technical — slack-jawed. His imperiousness in the middle of a session he appeared to be botching was something to behold. (Musk did not respond to multiple requests for comment.)

Not remotely surprising. Elon Musk is just like any other person who likes attention.
