    They are. They are funding rail improvements through the Infrastructure bill.

    This Hyperloop stuff was always nonsense that probably came out of a Musk smoke session as he ran out of Doritos and wondered why he just couldn't magically transport to the grocery store for a new bag of Cool Ranch.

    Seems that the premise of this movie was that a group of people had special mental powers because of a drug that their mothers took while pregnant. Some did positive things with their powers and others did negative things such as eliminating the good people.
