I just use energy ogre service still. $10 a month and always seem to find me great contracts. It's worth the 10 dollars so I don't get distracted and miss renewing before the window. During the whole crazy freeze I think I paid an avg of ~6.8, haven't been burned yet and been w/ them for 2+ years. I mean personally having messed up one time during end of a contract basically cost me the annual fee for energy ogre handling the switches. Always on a fixed contract too.
Oh man, nice! I haven't heard of them but I'll definitely have to check them out, energy ogre just renewed me on a new contract with a new electric provider but it looks like you can cancel energy ogre any time. I've honestly just been super happy they've been really consistent with the fixed contract switches. I basically got tired of looking through all the fine print/rates/renewal period so it's been worth using services like these I think. Thanks again for the heads up!
