Have you read Andrew McCarthy’s write ups on the evidence on National Review? He hates as Obama/Biden/Clintons as much as the next guy, and he finds it to be a complete joke. In the end, appealing to whether a source is left/right and using that to ignore the arguments they make is not a sensible way of getting to the truth. OK, maybe it reduces the credence you give to their argument, but an honest consideration of the information available should nonetheless take their views into account. We’re not taking about fringe here. Some modesty is in order, if you really believe that 60% of the country and a much higher percentage of the higher-information class are just completely off on this and not worth even paying attention to.

This is why it is so hard to get through. It's nearly impossible to get to the truth when you build walls and only allow certain information in. The interest isn't truth seeking - that's too scary for some people. It is to protect a self-allowed viewpoint even at the expense of what's real and what's not.

Read up on "standing" in the legal sense and I think you'll understand my point better. Suits dismissed on standing does not mean there isn't sufficient evidence to prosecute. Unfortunately, the state's that were affected by fraud don't mind that the fraud occurred.
