I've known some people who could be called that, but Trump's psychotic behavior goes well beyond anything normal.
He doesn't always behave in an ideal way, but he's the only one fighting to save america. He's an imperfect savior. Plenty of Trump supporters acknowledge he doesn't behave in an ideal way, but they've somehow managed to convince themselves he's fighting for everything they believe in (mainly brown people bad, white people not treated fairly). They will overlook anything and everything because he publicly espouses that.
so they believe in bullying and making fun of people with disablities? I thought America's about fighting for ALL of it's cirizens
I will keep on saying there should be consequences legal and otherwise for undermining our elections this way. Lawyers bringing forward suits that have no legal or factual basis should be disbarred.
No, but they are willing to tolerate it. And you know good and well Trump supporters don't believe in your second sentence.
I've heard this a lot from Trump supporters. They also say that Democrats are evil and will destroy America so they need someone like Trump who is fighting them.
The "brown people bad" belief is just plain silly and always has been. Brown people aren't our enemies. Countries that meddle in our elections are. Countries who hack our Federal institutions are. Countries who have their spies in our country to plan these and other nefarious actions are. Countries who put bounties on our troops are. With that said, Trump is still trying to build his worthless wall while being totally emasculated by Putin. It's an embarrassment to our country. We are better than this.
Rule 11 Sanctions exist. It's up to the courts to use them or the opposing attorneys (I think). The Trump lawyers have been stupid, sloppy, stupid, factually incorrect, stupid, crazy, and stupid. It's sad to listen and read transcripts of Trump appointed judges trying to hold their hands through these proceedings like the lawyers are children. In the end, you can visualize all the judges just shaking their heads as they write their opinions. That said, it's just not used very often and judges don't want to wade in those waters in politically charged cases. And opposing attorneys seem to be content with just winning in court. And even uninvolved attorneys are sending voicemails, emails, and basically snickering in their circles about those who represent Trump - which may or may not have had an impact on the last few legit lawyers quitting these cases.
FOX News forced to debunk the bald-faced lies it's own babbling heads spew on a daily basis about the utterly non-existent voter fraud. Really, at this point it's only the galactically ignorant Trump dead-enders that believe (or profess to believe) this easily disproved nonsense. https://www.cnn.com/2020/12/19/business/fox-smartmatic-news-package/index.html
Unsurprisingly, I could not find that video segment on the foxnews homepage, or even in their "what to watch" video section. Could be wrong, but I didn't see it.
Sorru, it's on FOX Business. Like the article said it's a weird segment. https://video.foxbusiness.com/v/6217257237001/#sp=show-clips
I'm a little bit surprised with Fox News action here. With Fox News retracting this, you think Dominion Voting would soon follow suit soon and demand Fox News and right-wing media to retract their falsehood. Dominion has already demanded retraction from Sidney Powell. It's good to win these cases but this is about the future and discouraging others to try something like this. This is more about politics as even though they are losing the cases the election is ultimately a political exercise. In the future with a closer election another sitting president could be tempted to push baseless lawsuits with non-factual evidence to sway electors, state legislatures and Congress. Even losing suits it's all about creating enough chaos to give the political elements cover to vote differently. If the election is very close such as in FL 2000 they could succeed.
