    Trump can ask for whatever he wants. He is a lame duck and he lost a fair and open election. Biden crushed him by 4 million votes and will net 280+ electoral votes. (Az may end up going to Trump, but NV, PA and likely GA are Biden’s) Trump did a lot better vote wise than he should’ve given his governance over the last 4 years.

    I am excited for the Biden White House.

    Well, if you want to give Barr any credit (dangerous!), this is actually his parting of ways with Trump. It's like a goodbye gift, but one that he can then hold up to millions of people listening to Trump and say, in the end... "sorry, a nothing-hamberder." That wouldn't satisfy all of the MAGA faithful, (and definitely not Trump), but it would satisfy a number of the 70M who voted for him.

    I'm not ready to give Barr any credit, but we'll see.
