There is one way you have a unified system. Do away with the Electoral College and have a national election..
That would require a change to the constitution. The whole reason we have the system we do - from the electoral college to letting the states run their elections, was as a protection against a demagogue. In fact, the founding fathers didn't trust the people to directly elect a president because they feared someone could sway the people with rhetoric. And they didn't want congress to do it either and have a president who was weak and answered to congress. So they came up with this system. But then the states made the popular vote decide the president anyway.
I am seeing the tally on Arizona and the remaining votes increased from 211k to 250k. I am curious why it hasn't been called back, seems like it could go Trump and he has been making gains here.
these people can’t even grasp that in-person votes were counted 1st, and then mail-in ballots were counted which would of course heavily favor Biden in most instances because Democrats made it a point of emphasis to promote mail-in ballots while Trump actively discouraged his base from doing so...these mail-in ballots are also coming from big cities or Dem leaning counties if they had counted mail-in ballots 1st, Biden’s leads would be looking so big Trump would be on suicide watch this sh*t isn’t hard to understand...it’s basic reasoning and critical thinking
