i can see a lot of people still on him, generally acting like apologists for their favorite rockets but he truly played huge. I knew that he needed to be on CP3 on the end game, coz Chris has been gunning for Cov all series. He did it on both ends, regardless of those two TOs at the end.

he held it down on both ends today on a game 7 at that, and still got hate.

I wont apologize coz i know will a big part of this team. the coaching staff knows it and the team knows it. if we could have any shot in any series, we need him - for better or for worse

I just don't like watching Gordon play.

The only time I want the ball in his hands is when he shoots a 3.
He turns the ball over too much. Also misses too many layups and then complains to the refs on every drive.

EG drove in the lane 1 vs 4, what relentless. Thank god Westbrook kept the Rockets in the game 7.

    Where is your head OP

That defense though. By far our best perimeter defender and it's not even close.

With him it’s all mental. I have said it a million times, here is million +1.

EG is the Xfactor and we go as he goes. Yes that important to what we are trying to do.
Harden says it time and time again.

Apology for what? This dude was 1 of the worst players in the playoffs until he finally showed up in game 7. If he wasn’t playing like such garbage, do we even have a game 7?

he doesn’t need an apology cuz he doesn’t hear the b****ing on this board nor do the coaches.... he has always been one of our best players and still is.

I think our coaches know a lot more about basketball than we do. They played the game, an nba game, and we just watch a tube. They understand that him and Russ missed games due to injury which would normally equal preseason games. It takes a while to get your timing and rhythm and conditioning back after an injury. A lot of players play like crap in the preseason. They missed theirs.

I never lost faith in EG. Ride or die EG. Bombs away.

He stepped up when we needed him the most. Thank goodness.

Let’s hope this is the beginning of a trend.

If his 3 points keeps missing or below 20 percent, I suggest he uses drive in

I think we do owe EG an apology. He makes some bone headed plays at times and I’m tired of him throwing his hands up on every drive, but... the dude is playing some great defense on LeBron friggin James, swiping away passes, and hitting shots. He can be so up and down, but when he’s up... look out. Props to him these last couple games.

I'm glad he's getting open corner 3's to get him in rhythm instead of 30 footers.

Great defense and Great patience on a lot of the drives that was legit a perfect game

Gotta admit didn’t think EG was worth his contract when I just look at his inconsistent offense but the dude has turned himself into a great one on one defender. When his offense is on he’s a legit star level player.

When did he get this good on defense? I remember his reputation was below avg defender at least til he got to Houston.
