there was a thread back in '11 for a guy that lived in a 258 sq ft apartment, there was other videos in the thread with the same ideas http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=204433
looks neat, but you must keep it clean so you have to be pretty disciplined. The point of living in NYC is that you are always outside doing stuff anyway so you don't need a big place just a place to sleep.
Hey! Lets live in a 3rd world sized apartment! Man sometimes people do not even think about what the hell they are really doing. Move somewhere else, the air will be cleaner, the people nicer, less crime and you will not have to live in a shoe box.
awesome place...very functional...but seriously...u'd only live in the city if ur young and single...like me...
The older I get the more I value things like space, especially in a world that seems to be trending towards sardine style existence. Fresh and air and room to move about as I please, please.
Very nice for what it is. I wouldn't want to live in a place like that but if I really wanted to live in Manhattan, Tokyo, London, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc, then I guess I would have to and a place like that is better than most.
