I am not sure Romney is going to win Florida significantly, its very close right now. Although I do agree Romney has shown he can win among registered Republicans by a good margin, even in Iowa/NH.

Big day for Romney today, I am not terribly optimistic.

Based on this recommendation, I can not wait to see our next AG John Edwards investigate the misdeeds of our current administration.

Why is it that Sen. Mel Martinez and Gov. Charlie Crist from Florida endorsed McCain then?

I was talking about registered Republican voters. Career politicians are a different story. Crist thinks McCain will choose him as a running mate. No clue about Martinez.

Ah. Funny that the two don't think alike. Politics is funny business.

If Crist thinks Romney will likely beat McCain significantly, then why would he care about being McCain's running mate? I think he would realize that if McCain loses big in Florida, then he loses a lot of momentum and financial support, which he needs more than Romney.

Implying that you usually don't mean what you say, Trader_J? Ha ha!

I think Edwards would be fine as AG and a gigantic improvement over Alberto ("show me where to kiss it, Mr. President!") Gonzales. And tort reform? A buzz word for stacking the deck against the average American in court. We've got it in Texas and it has done nothing but line the pockets of a few and shafted many regular Texans, IMO. Edwards might make a better President than AG, though.

    Impeach Bush.

Boy, how wrong was I? It's amazing how when you go to the polls, the people willing to talk detest McCain almost as much as Giuliani, and yet he still gets huge numbers showing up to vote for him.
