Would the rockets be interested in someone like him? He is one hell of a athletic player. He is 6'9 and can play small forward off the bench.

The Raptors and Hornets are talking about deals.

Apparently a trade was discussed that would have sent Curry and a first-round pick to Charlotte for coveted swingman Eddie Robinson, forward Tim James and guard Eldridge Recasner, but the Hornets decided they needed more if they were going to give up Robinson.

He sure did put up some good numbers when Mash has been out.

I think he would be a welcome addition to the Rockets, esp at the 3 to take Walt's place.

But I don't think the Rockets have the right stuff to get him(if they are interested). [IMG]

Eddie is a Vince Carter in the making.
Also would be a great scoring addition of the bench.

Long and athletic. Poor man's shawn marion to an extent. He doesnt have a great jumper but only shoots shots that he knows are within his range. Runs the floor very well and would fit in perfect with this team. Only problem is what do the rocks have that the hornets would want? They have decent big men in Campbell, brown, magloire, and Nailon. And all the rockets can offer is big men and walt.Their coach loves Eddie too much to let him go, and he is good friends with one of their young rising stars, Baron Davis, so letting him go is not a good idea. Dont believe what you read on NBAtalk.

If I'm not mistaken, the deal(Robinson, James, Recasner for Curry, Future first rounder) is that the Raptors didn't want to give up their first round Draft pick without a lottery or top 10 protection on it, and the Hornets wouldn't allow it for Robinson. Thats why the deal fell through.

I'm with Crisco, the Rocks just don't have enough to get Eddie.
