look ive watched plenty of rockets games and eddie needs the playing time. i guarenttee you if eddie gets more playign time he will be a star in this league. if he was on another team where he was the go to guy he would be an allstar.
i bet eddie would be averaging 17ppg 11rpg 3bpg if he was the go to guy on the team. the reason he wont get those stats is cuz he doesnt get enough playing time. and yao and steve are here i really like eddie and im glad we have him
i just relized alot of u are saying that kenny helps our offense well. uh i dont hink so. i want everyoen who reads this to watch the next game he plays and tell me he doesnt take stupid shots win the rockets are down by like 2 points. he misses they lose confidence and then they get down by 10...15 points it sucks. if eddie has a good shot he'll take it. other than that he knows his role and he looks for the best shot on the court.
why are yall blaming, kenny thomas for the rockets losses. i agree we do need to bench him because he thinks hes instant offense for some strnge reason. but kenny still has game and is decent at rebounding. aint nothing wrong with kenny thomas. if anything rudy needs to bench glen rice. he fell off. his game aint no where the ball player he used to be at charlotte. yall must have not seen caron butler humiliate his ass on the court.. eddie could start at small forward and move rice to the twelve man roster spot so we dont have to see his non defense playing ass no more..
No way in ******* hell eddie scores 17 points unless he gets over 21 shots a game, and no-one is going to give a 39.8% shooter that many shots. People have pointed out Eddie gets pulled because of inadequate defense and yet you insist, without proof or even any attempt at creating an argument otherwise, that eddie is unquestionably the better defender. Did anybody besides me see what Elton Brand did to Eddie? Eddie has a lot to learn. Kenny's attitude on the floor seems to have changed because the front office has left him hanging while signing MoT, Cato, and Rice (unnecessary sign and trade w/ the Knicks), to big dollar deals. At this point he is probably doing what he feels is best for Kenny. Can you blame him? The guy gives it his all and plays hurt for years and we snub him. Meanwhile MoT's 50 million dollar butt gets the flu as soon as he has a window of opportunity to get some PT back. Who sits out with the flu, especially in that situation? I wonder what the truth behind all that is. Anyways, the Rockets's would solve a lot of problems by just playing tried and true formulamatic hoops. no i dont mind listening to people alot of you have better poitns than me, im trying to explain this best i can. kenny can play basketball but he is a cancer when he plays in the fourth quarter! only late in games hes a cancer early in the game he's not. so eddie should end the games.
notice how kenny takes dumb shots late in the fourth. but early in the games he plays smart. thats why he is a good player but a cancer on the team. he is basically the FOURTH QUARTER CANCER OF THE TEAM.
