But did you really think Harden requested to be traded to KD's team thinking OR caring he would go there and it be his team and get all the credit? He went to the Nets because KD was there, he went to WIN first and foremost. Sure he didn't imagine he would be injured and miss playoff games, but its not like the playoffs are over. He can easily rejoin the team in the next round or the round after. . . . . ... or he can wait and get credit for coming back during the parade and participating. j/k lol. But seriously he can still be back before the playoff ends.
IMO this Nets team is like an unholy combination of the Lebron all-star teams and the Warriors teams with none of their weaknesses. The Nets' all-stars and roleplayers actually have synergy between them unlike Lebron ball, and they play disciplined and purposeful basketball unlike the Warriors.
Pretty much this. I think 99% of ringless NBA players would rather have a ring and be 2nd banana or 12th man off the bench or whatever, than be the "man" of their team but flaming out in the first round. Guarantee you Lillard / Butler / Randle / Beal / Tatum would love to be in Harden's position.
I think you guys are getting too wrapped up in all this. Harden was so maligned in Houston that even lack of negative feedback is good feedback for him. I dont think him or Durant or Irving give a **** as long as Nets are winning. This isnt the first super team that was built. And wont be the last.

Please tell me who Milwaukee would actually beat playing like this? They haven’t even scored 80 points yet. It’s a bad look for Milwaukee getting exposed and embarrassed. They are not even showing up. Bucks shot 6-30 from 3 in game 1, Brick Freak is exposing himself, and Middleton is 13-43 from the field so far in this series, and we’re talking about the main takeaway being that this is embarrassing for Harden… y’all talk like Milwaukee is playing well, and BK is still beating the breaks off them without Harden…they are playing the worse they ever have because they are mentally weak and have morphed into chumps in the postseason…Milwaukee would beat no one playing like this
Absolutely hilarious how a bucks team coming in with a ton of steam about upset and winning it all, ends up being unprepared, players exposed, being out coached and out worked is an indictment on harden. The things you see posted on cf’s are just so stupid these days.
