Raps indeed should win, but knowing Lebron and history tells a different story. Going with Cavs in 6 and Raptors choking!
Toronto should win this series, Cleveland needed superhuman LeBron and immense ref help to get past an Indiana team with a net rating of +1.5 in 7 games. As long as Toronto keeps up their ball movement offense and stays away from inefficient DeRozan and Lowry ISOs they should prevail.
Whether I trust Raps or not . .. . it does not change the fact that The Cavs are sucking hard Rocket River
I'm just going to go with Cleveland in 6 Raptors or the better team but this will be Shook Ones pt.III
Cavs in 6, don't trust Raptors, who barely got by Washington. If Super LeBron shows up again, I think the Cavs pull it out in six.
Raptors in 5. It'd crazy upset to me if Cavs were to win. Previous years Cavaliers were far better and Raptors far worse. 0.59 SRS team beating 7.21 SRS team that just got outscored by 40 in series by another bad team? It's not happening.
Raptors should win this in 5 based on the depth of talent they have compared to the Cavs. I know this Cavs team is the worst LeBron has had in his second stint in Cleveland, but its still better than the teams he had when he first left. Love needs to step it up, I've been disappointed in his play so far in the playoffs. LeBron is going to be himself and do LeBron things but I am not sure if it will be enough against the Raptors. If DeMar and Lowry do not transform into the Trash Bros. again Toronto should make quick work of the Cavs. The 3 ball that was such a weapon against Toronto is not as much of a threat anymore since the Raptors started to shoot the 3 a lot more this season. The Cavs defense just has been so bad this season and they team goes to complete crap when LeBron sits. The Toronto bench has been so consistent all season and should take advantage during those small stretches. Also the Raptors crowd is going to be lit all series long.
Wonder which random Cavs role player is going to average 35 PPG and shoot 90% from 3-pt range as per usual when the Raps face the Cavs. I'm gonna guess Rodney Hood
Fred VanVleet only played in like game 6 ? against Wizards, he is nearly most important Raps players, because of how he runs the second unit and how second unit guys struggled. Shoup be a wrap for Raptors. 5 or max 6 games.
I still don't trust Toronto in the playoffs. I think Lebron finds a way to win this series. He just beat a better team in Indiana pretty much all by himself.
I will buy into Toronto playoff choking and dominant playoff lebron leading to a couple competetive series. Raptors in 7 I am starting to think philly wins the east
