Doc Rivers strikes again. For how good Embiid is, he definitely has some Harden-like mental lapses. Trae is the ****ing man.
But Shaun Livingston was clutch and won championships with the Warriors. Maybe Simmons is an unglorified Shaun Livingston.
At least Livingston had an effective mid-range game, and could shoot over any PGs or even SGs defending him. Forget the paint, outside the basket semi-circle, Simmons is a complete liability.
Embiid gets fatigued, which is especially problematic combined w Simmons freethrow problems and of course the role players not showing up besides Curry.

man i saw this thread at the top and thought "did atlanta come back and win?" and then finished watching the game and wow, what a collapse. to be fair, atlanta started the quarter like 12/13 on some crazy shots but philly got blanked for like the last 3 minutes. just unbelievable. calling it now, morey fires doc and brings in mike. give mike the league's best defense and let him figure out the offense.
