    He has a built-in excuse if Embiid misses any amount of games. Also, aside from game 6, Harden is already playing like ass.

    All of that, plus they're going up against the first overall seed in the EC? I doubt Harden will be as criticized for losing this particular series by fans. Could be wrong, but idk.

    People are going to troll him by saying "lolol left BKN just to also lose before the Finals" or "lolol Harden choker" but Miami is obviously the better team overall.

    You'll definitely be wrong. @Salvy @Asian Sensation @Os Trigonum @J.R. are only a sample size of the hate towards Harden. Going to be ugly for Harden if he plays like complete ass (despite him playing that way already) and the 76ers lose the series.

    I don't hate Harden. I'm just not as big a fan now that he's bailed on two teams. If he does well I'm always glad to see it

    Honestly, the Heat winning games 1 and 2 are supposed to happen. It'd be great for Philly if they steal a game, but if they go down 0-2, it is what it is.

    I'm just worried that Embiid coming back will mean he's relegated to a jump shooter role, to avoid inadvertent contact in the paint.

    You got to be a cynical moron to come up with something like that. The Rockets wanted to tank and let Harden wait because they didn't provide a winning culture nor team. Then BKN had an eradic Irving while Durant was out. He found the best opportunity but is unlucky enough for this to happen.

    Embiid availability is obviously the key to this series, but don't forget Miami has its own health concerns.

    Lowry and Butler missed multiple games in the first round and both are dealing with injuries. If they miss multiple games the Sixers could have a shot.

    I might have favored the Heat if Embiid was fully healthy but the man is banged up, even if he returns this series he's banged up, and Miami has enough defenders to make it very frustrating for Harden and Maxey.
