I'll just mention the possibility of playing a Conley-George-Green-Bron-Ilya/Davis line-up here, that effectively spreads the floor with shooting and leaves matchup problems for Griffin&Chandler, because they'd have to defend at the 3pt line and Griffin would have to face Bron. I wouldn't have to double Chandler and I think Bron can handle Griffin on defense, so I think my defense would be pretty set and Conley, George, Green are good defenders at their respective positions, plus my whole unit would be top notch from downtown. The point would be to bring his frontcourt out of the paint and making them less effective on the boards and defense, I also think his frontcourt would be effectively shut down that way on offense. Conley, George, Green are a good trio and matchup well with his guys(whom all are very good as well), so I don't see a disatvantage there for me(except for Conley vs. CP3, but conley is a great defender and wouldn't get totally smashed). Great team Donatas, may the best win.
Wow very tough matchup. Maybe I'll just pay homage to VBG and vote for Donatas . (that's who I voted for in the poll, just to see how many people voted). It is even in my mind so I'll try to break it down later.
Bit messed up that no one explained their vote and I bet at least 3 of 5 for Donatas didn't really read my post or envision the match-up, otherwise this would've been closer. He has a great team, but 2-5 seems a bit off. Plus I know some people don't like me after my posts with VBG and probably voted against me solely because of that. But I guess that's how it went down this time, not mad at Donatas though, he has a great team. Next time maybe require every voter to explain their vote.
