Kenny Smith insinuating James Harden has a history of hitting people in the nuts? WTF he's not Chris Paul
lol that was a flagrant 2? What is wrong with these guys. I've never seen a pushoff called a flagrant 2, that's just insane.
I like his sarcasm. Kind of "love to hate" comments. Kind of anti-marmite feeling, you love and hate. Marmite love it or hate it But the brand that has used honesty about its product to greatest effect has to be Marmite. 'You Either Love It Or Hate It' is both a brand slogan and a truism so powerful that the words 'like Marmite' are now regularly used to describe anything divisive.
I think the Draymond Green situation probably affected how the refs were calling the technicals. I'm surprised that the the Sixers managed to pull out the win. Bodes well for their playoff run. Now, sweeping the Nets should be a priority so that they can rest up for the next round. The Celtics are going make the Nets look like a cakewalk.
The league hates Harden. It's just reality. No one is going to stick out their neck for him. There will be a narrative soon (if it hasn't started already) to suspend him for next game.
Bangkok = ejection No Bangkok = no ejection https://official.nba.com/pool-repor...hts-philadelphia-76ers-at-brooklyn-nets-game/ The Pool Report interview was conducted by Brian Mahoney (Associated Press) with Crew Chief Tony Brothers following tonight’s 76ers and Nets game. QUESTION: Why was Joel Embiid given a Flagrant foul 1 for kicking Claxton? BROTHERS: The contact was deemed unnecessary and based on the point of contact to the leg, it didn’t rise to the level of excessive. QUESTION: So, you deemed it not to go to a [flagrant foul] 2 based on where the contact was? BROTHERS: The point of contact dictated that it was only unnecessary contact and not excessive, so yes. QUESTION: Why was James Harden given a flagrant 2 for his foul on Royce O’Neale? BROTHERS: Based on the point of contact directly to the groin, it rose to the level of excessive and ejection.
Embiid as talented as he is… is a dirty, clumsy, reckless ogre. Never seen a 7 footer so willing to hit the deck. Probably hurt is knee diving to the floor on one of the many occasions he had no reason to.
