The Westbrook stans sure have gone quiet...

I can already see it now. Westbrook actually shows up for 1 of these games and the Wizards steal a game and the stans come back to gloat like he was ballin all series and had it not been for Westbrook they woulda been swept.

Anybody think Westbrook is milking this ankle injury lol. This dude has a great management team behind him. Last year it was he had corona and a nagging quad injury, the year prior Paul George got most of not all of the heat. Now the ankle injury this year and Malika andrews says that Westbrook will be heading back to the locker room getting treatment throughout the game. It’s like they are making up excuses to put out the fire before it starts. Bottomline Westbrook has been trash the past 4 postseasons.

also I liked how he acknowledged to paying the COVID testers in the bubble. But I also believe that was a calculated move on westbrooks part after we basically lost in the playoffs because of him, and that story took basically any heat of him before he skipped town

i dont know the whole story, but he paid the staff in the bubble or something like that as a sign of a doing a great job. Which is have no problem with. But it just seemed like he used that gesture to get the media off his back for his bubble performance

Thought so too. Thought he hurt his ass like Steph did against the Rockets.

“Why’d he grab his ass if his knee hurts?” — Chuck

    :D

They should? still win this game but not that impressive without Troel Embiid.
