Here's a reason to root against Boston (if you needed one, or another one in some cases)

Best records when facing elimination (single playoff)

    5-0 -- '95 Rockets
    5-0 -- '23 Celtics
    4-0 -- '88 Lakers

At least Houston wasn't the favorites

If you were the bookkeeper‘s faves as No 1 and you almost fudge it up against the Sixers with a hobbling Embiid, then go 0-3 against the EC 8th seed......

Lmao I do not know what that actually feels like.

He was doing that to the Rockets and other teams.

The Rockets had no business getting close in that series even before Cuban cried to the league office. Good teams overcome the refs. Doesn't mean refs don't impact games though. Even Ray Charles saw Jokic getting into foul trouble against the Lakers but they won anyways because they are good.

End of the day it's all entertainment, who cares.

Crazy thing about that play is White inbounded the ball from the sideline and then went and worked his way into the paint to tip the ball in for that win in under about 2.5 seconds. Crazy to think about all that crap happening in real-time.

Jokic leads the Nuggets in positioning for making plays, rebounds and defense. Celtics getting no lucky putbacks against the Nuggets.

Nuggets could have had the Number 1 record in the league thus avoiding to have to play on the road first......

Yeah, I'm being very critical of the Heat tonight, but honestly looking back and watching it over and over.....it was a HELL of a play by White to bust his ass to that rebound. Dude covered so much ground, and basically had the ball do exactly what it needed to for him to be the one for that putback. That play is the definition of hard work meeting luck, and leading to opportunity. Kudos to him.

We thought Jimmy was MJ's son.

Turns out, it was Derrick White, all along.
