Lowry, Raptors, hell canad, is definitely easy to root for.

but your second sentence is confusing... if the league is on par with pro wrestling and Silver/stern are manipulating it behind the scene to such an extent, how would it be possible to "stick it to them" with a OKC and Raptors finals?:eek::p

Because the NBA expects GSW-Cavs finals in order to get high TV Ratings and is supposedly doing everything in their power to make it happen (at least that's how I interpret it).

The only way to feel better about the Rockets season is for the Canadian Rockets to win it all. Let's go 2010 Rockets!

He should not be fired, but I hope they will not just extend him like McHale and give DeRozan all he wants UNLESS they win that trophy.

The Raptors are the "Other Guys": you just want to have fun watching them succeed.

the cavs defense has been awful and lebron has been awful so far but luckily they are grabbing offensive rebounds.

and if they are going to put lebron on derozan, then stop trapping him. there's no point in putting lebron on him just to trap, j.r. smith can do that.

cleveland finally playing like they care.

and toronto not making every big shot to stem the tide/keep momentum going.

if you don't count conley who actually just uses his off-hand for floaters so it's not really his off-hand, irving might be the only person in the league i know who can use his off-hand in an overhand manner where he can actually have it in his hand, bend his elbow and then go back up with the shot. everyone else can use it for scoops and layups and maybe a direct push shot, but he actually shoots overhand shots with control and makes the shots.

why has a Lowry been a no-show/complete trash in every road playoff game so far?

Toronto and Atlanta suffer from the same condition: no stars. Good regular season teams who will never win a chip as currently constructed.

Compare the two best OKC players with their Toronto counterparts and there is a universe separating them.

Lowry was a backup point guard most of the time before moving to Toronto. The fact that he can lead a team to the ECF and beat Cavs twice is already a hell of an achievement. Remember, other elite point guards like Irving, Lillard, Paul were all lottery picks.

    led his team? :confused::confused:

He's been playing historically bad in the playoffs, Toronto fans wanted to trade him away along with DeRozan at the height of their frutration. Role players like JV, Corey Joseph, Carroll, Patterson and Biyombo led Toronto to ECF, not Lowry or DeRozan.

I agree with this. Lowry improved so much from when he was a bench player for the Grizz.

He went from not being able to hit the broad side of a barn to being a pretty respectable shooter.

Kudos to him but the mental game will always hamstring his ceiling just like it did to Dwight.

On to game 5. It's sink or swim for the Rockets of the East, but at least they'll be at home.
