Yep, nice job with no fronting and no double teams and that's about 5 games of touches for Yao as well.

A lot of those touches come as a direct result of his phenomenal athleticism.

9 offensive rebounds through 3 quarters.

Yao is more than welcome to collect offensive boards like that... the question is "can he?"

He also finishes an alley-oop or 2 per game... another thing Yao can't do effectively.

And the rebounding numbers have little to do with touches or types of defense... he is just a far better rebounder than Yao.

is it illegal to call a flagrant on the celtics? was house really playing the ball at all?

and as much as i hate boston, i almost want them to win. watching these mental marshmallow magic makes me want to vomit. lewis and johnson both going 0-2 from the line. another crime against humanity 3 point performance (just because it's may doesn't mean 3's become impossible). howard still not making any post up scores. meanwhile boston has perkins and davis nailing jumpers and rondo going crazy. granted, ray allen getting a series win out of this is pretty pathetic as well, but whatever. he and pierce didn't make a shot in the 3rd quarter of a game 6.

Gortat, the guy some people are eyeing, comes in around 2 minutes into the 4th.

Does anybody happen to know the record for rebounds in a single game by a PG?

    Does Oscar hold it?

The tempo is too fast for the celtics right now.

Skip just made Scalabrine look stupid too bad Howard couldn't hold on to the ball.

Looked to me like he should have put the shot up. He fooled his own player, too.

Rafer tried to pass throw a tiny window with two Celtics on either side. As much as I hate to say it, he should've taken the teardrop.

3-10 from the FT line in this half, and he wonders why his teammates don't want to give him the ball in the clutch

lol, Rashard Lewis can't take Scalabrine and then proceeds to get blocked.

That looked like Dwight went vertical but of course, Celtics will get the call.
