I don't know about everybody else, but ebola has been a real mood-killer for me. I'm thinking abstinence would be possible.
Well it depends on the angle the prosecutor takes, but yea in theory that should help. I think a good attorney could come up with a settlement for them. The hospital knows it screwed up.. hell we all know they did. Dont think a jury would disagree.. but again, depends on evidence/witnesses presented and the lawsuit itself.
Described him as a goofball... Yeah really goofy! "Oh, I could have EBOLA so I'm going to go be a BOWLA' tonight!" Let's thank this hero for leaving his quarantine early, so that he could go bowling with friends who likely shared drinks and smokes with him (hipsters share drinks and smokes).
Hopefully nothing touched his balls and then the house's balls.... If true, he's a moron that should have his license revoked. Seriously. But I take this with a huge grain of salt until the facts come out.

Nothing happens until it happens in New York City. Wait for this story to explode. Seriously, hold on to your butts.
Unless he was puking, bleeding or ****ting on the subway it isn't a huge deal. But everyone in NYC, including media looks like this right now.
Sneezing, coughing, spitting, wouldn't that count, too? If this stuff is really true, the guy should be stripped of his license, if he survives. How can you trust someone as incompetent as this, who should be on a mandated quarantine, to treat you for anything, while following relatively lax universal precaution standards?
here is a nice write up on nurse no.1's dog, bentley http://www.wfaa.com/story/news/heal...tine-virus-experiment-grand-prairie/17792393/
The reason the nurses got ebola and Duncan's family didn't is because in the early stages the amount of virus in fluids are very low. Sweat, mucus and urine don't ever carry that much.
